Tenant rights in society

HI,

MYSELF JIGNESH, I HAVE A SMALL RUNNING PROFESSION OF ACCOUNTS AND A BREAD EARNER FOR MY FAMILY, WE ARE FOUR IN OUR FAMILY, RIGHT NOW ON A LEAVE AND LICENSE BASIS IN A SOCIETY, WE ARE LIVING IN THIS SOCIETY SINCE 4 YEARS, WE SHARE A GOOD RELATION WITH THE MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY, WE RECENTLY HAD TO SHIFT TO A OTHER FLAT BUT IN THE SAME SOCIETY,  WHEN WE CAME TO LEAVE AT BEGINING HE SOCIETY WAS UNREGISTERED BUT AFTER I THINK TWO YEARS IT WAS REGISTERED, NOW THE SOCIETY HAS BEEN FORMED SO RULES HAVE COME INTO PLACE, SO RECENTLY I WAS TOLD BY THE SECRETARY ANDTHE CHAIRMAN IN A VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR TO NOT PARK MY BIKE IN FRONT OF THE NOTICE BOARD, SO I IMMEDIATLY VACANTED THAT PLACE OF PARKING, BUT WHEN I CAME DOWN AFTER SOME TIME I FOUND THAT OTHER BIKE WAS PARKED AT THE SAME PLACE I HAD PARKED, SO I WENT TO CHAIRMANS HOUSE TO MAKE HIM AWARE REGARDING THIS, SO HE SAYS WE DONT TALK WITH THE TENANTS WE HAVE CALLED UP YOUR OWNER AND HAD A WORD WITH HIM, I TOLD OK SO YOU COME DOWN AND PUT THAT BIKE AWAY FROM THAT PLACE AS RULES ARE FOR EVERYBODY, HE CALLED THE SECRETARY AS HE IS IN SOME POWER WITH POLITICIANS AND THEY BOTH STARED SAYING CHAL CHAL U LEAVE WE WILL DO OUR WORK, I SAID OK BUT THATS NOT THE WAY TO TALK, WE ARE RESPECTING YOU SEEING YOUR AGE SO DONT TAKE ADVANTAGE, AND IF YOU DONT TALK WITH THE TENANTS SO PLEASE DONT COME TO OUR DOOR FOR SOC BILL AND OTHER THINGS IF YOU REALLY HAVE THOSE RULES,   THE MATTER WAS CLEAR FROM MY SIDE BUT THIS SECRETARY BEING INTO POLITICS AND A S.E.O HE CALLED UP OUR OWNER AND TOLD HIM TO COME RIGHT NOW, HE TOLD I CANT COME SO LATE WE WILL TALK IN MORNING, OUR OWNER WORKS FOR MCGM AND HIS WORK IS LINKED WITH POLITICS AS YOU MUST BE AWARE HOW THEY GET THE CONTRACTS, SO THIS SECRETARY WENT TO HIS OFFICE IN MRNG AND IS FORCING HIM TO MAKE HIS PLACE VACANT IMMEDIATE, OWNER TOLD I CANT VACANT AS THEY HAVE JUST COMPLETED 1 MONTH, SO SEC TOLD THAT OK BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO VACANT THE FLAT EXACTLY AFTER 3 MONTHS ELSE I WILL CLOSE THE WATER SUPPLY  TO YOUR FLAT, NOW OWNER TOLD TO COOL DOWN BUT HE IS INSISTING ON THE SAME TO VACANT AFTER 3 MONTHS, ALSO SEC IS GETTING THE OWNER PREASSURE FROM THE POLITICAL PARTIES FROM WHERE THE OWNER GETS THE CONTRACTS OF MCGM ! CAN A SECRETARY HAVE RIGHTS TO TAKE ACTION LIKE THIS ?? WHAT SHALL I DO ON THIS PLEASE HELP ??
