Tenant verification

Documents that are required for tenant verification. What if tenant claims they are under age and for this they have not applied for government identification card yet. So how can there police verification would be done

Id & address proof of tenant, two references from the native place and their contact no.

Children & kids above 1 year of age can apply for Aadhar Card. Also check if police accepts - Institute ID Card, Bank Passbook or Parents documents including ration card (Tenants name in parents ration card).
