Tenant was the previous landlord and the previous landlord sold the property to others during tenancy, is the present landlord in title to evict the said tenant? if so, then under what provision of law?

A legitimate owner can get any tenant vacated through a process of law and the status of such tenant is not material.

Due process needs to be followed in evicting a tenant.
