We rented a house in hyderabad, tenants are not giving rent on proper time, we have to visit and call
tons of times to ask for it. They make happen some repairs and blackmail that they give rent only if
repair is fixed. They feel like they are in hotel, and want room service for very small things. Every
month by rent time, they say they are not in town or somebody died or someones marriage. They just keep
on posting with all reasons in world. It repeats everymonth I live out of station, and i have to spend
most of the time on phones talking to them. Could anyone suggest what is best approach?
They use very ugly language, and thretened to kidnap and kill or suicide with our names on note. The wife seems to be uneducated and big mouth, no one in colony talk to them because of her loud mouth. She herself said she has some mental problem, and do anything she wants if forced. This is one of the reason we want to vacate them.
