There is a property in Goa that has had 'servants' of the sister-in-law of one of the (6) owners living there for past 20 years.
They have never paid rent to the owners and are there without the permission of the majority of owners.
The building is falling down and no repairs have been made.
How can we get these servants off as we now have a buyer for the land?
