Tep- it officer went to inlaws place

Hi Sir, Wife filed 498a on me saying 15 lakhs dowry and 150 grams gold given at the time of marriage after that I got regular bail . I have filed TEP and after 3 weeks I filed RTI and I got reply from RTI sayint information denied then I filed First Appeal yesterday.I came to know one of relative that Income tax officers went in laws place and they asked so many questions I beleive they given some money to them. But I forgot to ask some questions in RTI. 

1) Shall I file again RTI for additional information because I got reply for first RTI and also I filed First appeal yesterday. Please advise.

2) Is there any problems will arise If I file again RTI on TEP.
