Dear Sir,
We are some thirty employee working in a Govt. project for last 6 years as contactual staff. Last two years we are going through without any break day and we are continued in service for more that 800 days. Suddenly our employer has served us a termination letter alongwith an appointment letter for 89 dys. we would like to ask is this kind of termination letter without prior information is legal ?
