Kindly guide me I working with a private company on professional basis since last 3 years 5 months and as per appointment letter either party can terminate the contract with a one month notice. Please suggest me if my company terminates my job can I demand any compensation due to sudden action taken by company. What will the compensation amount and action by company. Also suggest me the legal course of action I can take against my company. Where I have to fight this case??
