what is the procedure of terminating the permanent employee,what are the legal procedures we need to follow.

Any how, before terminating any employee serve him with a show cause notice with the charges, call for his explanation, conduct an independent domestic enquiry and thereafter if found guilty of charges, pass a detailed order of termination.
