The company terminated me without any showcause, now as I moved to LC, adn the ILC requested their opinion on the dispute being araised. THe Employer replied that I am not an wrkman and it is not under the juridisction of LC. I was a petty clerk not a manager/ assistant manger . Reporting structure as follows
MD - > Finance Manager-> Accounts Manager -> Sr. Executive -Accounts (Me)
Also they referred that it is the onus of me to prove that I was a 'workman' as per SC ruling.
