1. Can anyone throw light on the terms and conditions in a MCD.
2. When it comes to paying for child support. What should be a reasonable amount for a daughter of 5 years ( to take care of her monthly expenses)
3. How long is the child support to be paid ? Is it advisable to pay monthly or pay off as lumpsum ?
4. How to make sure the amount is not misused by the in-laws family and it goes to the welfare of the child. Anybody with prior experience please shed light.
5. Can anybody help with terms and conditions in an MCD, and how to effectively make sure that no open ends are left when drafting this petition.
