special police of capital city request executive magistrate of a taluka(block, tehsil) for test identification parade.
both accused is Foreigner.
on of his crime partner is indian but of another state. but he is not arrested on the spot. he is narcotics dealer type man.
both accused is arrested on spot which is 180 noticle mile in the sea.
should this parade done by that perticular taluka executive magistrate???
or any other megistrate can do this????
what should remind during this type of TIP.
