the petitioner lawyer is taking too many vayada

the petitioner lawyer is taking too many vayada and not allowing the case to move to judge.

it still lying with bench clerk, I believe there seems understanding with clerk and petitioner lawyer as she is providing vayada based on that lawyer date.. that too with in 2 days. my father is unwell he is take too much effort to travel from chennai to mangalagiri district court for appearance. we have all concrete evidence to prove the land is our own provided the file moves to the judge, but neither the clerk or petitioner lawyer allows the file to move to judge by blocking them with vayada.

please help us, the petitioner lawyer threaten like if we don't appear the land will be their own or expart to them.

thanks
