threat call from ebay seller

Hi legal experts, I need your expert advice on one of the situation ie i got a call from seller who sells goods over ebay and he was unable to deliver goods to me (customer). I raised complaint over ebay and he called me and we had heated arguments and in frustration i abused him and then he reverted back with full bihari slangs and threatened me to file case on me using this evidence. Can he file criminal complaint on customer. What will b the jurisdiction he called from gujrat and i am from Chandigarh. What should b my defence on it. It was his call neither i callrd him.. Ebay should b responsible on this. Please advice thanks in advance

you need to immediately write a complaint with the Ebay about the seller conducts and failure of delivery of goods also marking CC to the seller too. Further, you may serve a legal notice to the ebay and the seller for deficiency of services (through an Advocate) before the seller takes any action against you.
