Just apply your mind, there a millions of emails, how are they tracking your email or hacking it? Is your computer or network security weak? Or your email id is known to them? You may simply stop using this email and create another email id. Or are they getting this email from somewhere you have provided like bank account etc.?

How are they tracking your mobile? Change your moblie number, name etc. etc.

How are they tracking you? From your bank accounts, your credit card, your online transactions, your insurance policy, driving license, gas connection, telephone connection, your employer? Find out and find a solution and beat them at their game.

police will not help in these type of cases. My adv simply told me to change the mob no. and instrument also. Dont discuss the sensitive issues on the mobile. you close you emails a/c and start a fresh email id with option to transfer the new mails to the new email a/c. thats the best solution becoz our police and even cyber crime branch people are not knowledgable people on these issues. I had seen a 10th pass constable sitting in cyber crime branch. How they can solve the problem?

regarding somebody is following you- for this you can approach police and if not listening then court.

Thanks a lot your feed back.  Change the mobile number or instrument, email id  is not permanent solutions. Advise me which is the police department responsible track the mobile communications. If the private institution is tapping the communications what can I do.

Change your mobile, i.e. mobile instrument, mobile number, mobile service provider. If possible get mobile number under different name and address not connected with you. Usually the investigative and intelligence departments of police do the snooping. Not only State Police but also Central organisations like Intelligence Bureau etc. etc. etc.

It is illegal to tap into phone communications by private organisations. If you have some evidence then you may lodge a complaint with police.

But before going into all this, first determine the modus opererandi of the snooping that is going on. If some listening device has been planted in/ around your location that is evesdropping on your mobile communication, then no matter how many mobiles are changed, every mobile communication will be snooped directly from air since encryption if any used in mobile to mobile communication is very weak.
