In a central governament organization , if the subordinate employee threatens of committing suicide by mentioning the name of his superior officer in death note , then what action is to be taken by the said superior officer ? whether he has to lodge the police complaint against him or else he has to only intimate the same to the administration of the organization? Please answer.
