Threating of killing me by my boss !

I need valuable suggestin from respected laywers. Today while discussions on our ifficials at our office, my Boss humiliated me. He threatened me by saying  : I will kill you.  I am very afraid. I feel that my Boss will kill me, because this is violation of my human rights. Please provide me your valuable suggestions.

Anyway you can  inform police as a GD complain.

If it is a private office go against the boss to the police and leave the job.  In case you are working in a public sector or governemnt office make a GD entry with the police and be cautious.

@ Mr. Satish Kumar- You cannot approach the police in this case as criminal intimidation is a non-cognizable offence. However, you can file a private complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C before a Magistrate under Section 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The maximum punsihment for criminal intimidation being upto seven years imprisonment, fine or both.

if threats persists then if possible record the call or video or audio.

then file a FIR under sec 506 IPC.
