Threats of suspension and transfer to govt. teacher

there's a govt school in delhi where i work as teacher for 3 yrs.

my vice principal has always been biased against me and disliked me from the very beginning.

even though i worked pretty well and students are quite satisfied with my teachings.

i had once complained against 2-3 teachers' misbehavior who are close to her.so she started pressurising me to take a transfer to another school which i refused.

this made her furious.now off late she has been issuing me letters and show cause notices over very reasons like not checking notebooks on time, reaching class 10 minutes late, etc.she always tries to show she manages the school v.well.she yells and screams at me publically even in front of students, staff,IVth class employees etc over minor errors.off late she has been threatening she'll get my transfer done or get me suspended.all the teachers support her because she's too lenient with them and lets them do dadagiri with me in school.

off late someone has stolen an important file which showed money related accounts.she's issued a letter over that as well.

i keep replying to her letters thru speed post, and that's making her even more furious.

there are bigger mistakes and blunders committed by all other teachers which she always ignores.they never get any letters and show cause notices.some of their mistakes/blunders are:

1. selling jewellery, kurtis, cosmetics in school to colleagues occasionally

2. coming school at 7:30 to 7:45 even though reaching time is 7:15.but marking attendance as 7:15.however if students get late, they are made to stand for 20- minutes more separately in the ground as "punishment"

3. not going to class for many days or going very late

4. making students cheat in exams

5. standing in groups during assembly and gossipping even though teachers' diary has clearly stated teachers are not to do this.

6.  few teachers(who are favourites of principal) sometimes go to nearby shopping centre to do their household shopping, return and then show their purchases in staffroom.

7. gossipping loudly in staffroom.

and many more things..

please tell me is there any way i can stop her from getting me suspended or transferred?i am yet to be confirmed as permanent teacher.?whom shud i approach?i have no contacts in education department.i am a needy person with no extra income.my parents are retired with no pension, whom i support all alone.

Harassment in working place has become a common issue these days despite very stringent laws enacted t prevent them.  If the HM's tortures are beyond endurance and appears to be biased, gather all the evidences in your support including the SCN and replies you have given, make sure that you do not violat4e the rules and regulations of the employee and conduct  of civil services. You may make a representation to the Educational officer under your jurisdiction with the copies of the evidences in your possession and also endorse a copy to the higher educational officer seeking their intervention and relief to you from the onslaughts experienced.

The price you pay for being upright is uniting the crooks who do not like their mistakes to be exposed.  You appear to be knowledgeable person that also puts them in inferiority complex which will manifest as domination over you.  One way for you is to gather full knowledge about the subject relating to transfers and suspensions in schools and enlighten yourself.  Verify in websites or learn from learned people what are the conduct rules and discipline and appeal regulations and whether she is really competent to transfer you or suspend you.  While doing so, try to be accommodative about wrongs people do around you and try to be one amongst them.  It is all about managing people.  Life skills are more important then following ethics and values now a days.  If you learn to be one amongst thieves and enjoy deriving advantage from it, they will keep you happy and you do not feel scared or uncomfortable being with them... instead of being upright in conduct and develop contempt towards their mistakes and wrongs.  Ye...sab chaltaa hain it is all in the game...attitude chahiye aapko.  If you think, no I don't want to compromise on values I want to fight it out... approach Media.

first tell me even after 3 years of service why you were in temporary roles and not made permanent teacher - reason which makes lot of difference

first gather why and in how many years others made permanent and in your case why and in mean time also gather the evidences what you told to report to higher authorities about in your query

because at this time complaining about your vice principal is not suggested in my view first you be permanent then with the available evidences you can complain which make you strong

Many experts including Mr Goyal have replied on https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Threatened-of-a-transfer-suspension-in-govt-teacher-job-511886.asp#.VItknck8pG0.

I agree with Mr Goyal on the views expressed on that thread.  Given facts are giving no material worth a sustainable complaint against the Vice Principal.

On the contrary the given facts on that thread do indicate a strong material in her hand to propose major penalty proceedings against you as you yourself indicate that you do not have record of utlisation of public funds entrusted to you.

Furthermore it is evidence that before being confirmed you intend to put a complaint on those facts which will make each and every staff your enemy.
