sir i have taken ticona internet connection in july 2014 and i requested customer care to disconnect it in december 2014,,,,now they are calling to pay bill..iam not using that connection from 4 months and someone called from delhi and said that a case is filed in delhi high court....is it possible or is it fraud call plz ans ....

The summons from court are not sent by phone.
It is some recovery agent posing as some Police Officer/Court Official:

Did you disconnect in writing/obtain disconnection number..........
