Dear Sir, can sales tax officers can reclaim the sales tax demand after 12 years of the closed unit to the exisiting company stating the blood relation. Is there any time bound to re claim the demand.

thanks for your response. The demand is raised in the year 2002 where it is in united AP. NOw it is in telangana .
