Time for filing chargesheet in bns

Normally 60 days they can asked the court for another 30 days 

If it is murder then 120 days to file a charge sheet

What are the facts of the case wherein a complaint is stated to have been registered under Section 75 / 78 / 111 and 356 of BNS, 2023 which deal with s*xual harasment, stalking, organised crime and defamation.

How are you concerned and what is your dispute / locus standi if it is not an examination hall question paper.

Similar academic and time pass queries have earlier been found posted by you as observed from your profile.

Yes, my point is same. If u do not want to render your opinion, pl do not put false allegations just by reading the name and profession. You are a senior member of forum and your negative opinion will always prevent others from answering. And what wrong have i asked ? A one liner answer would have helped me. But u are hell bent on proving that i am asking academic queries and i am some kind of student who insted of asking query to his tutor is asking here. Since u not ready to share details ( and that was just to prove that my case is genuine, and i dont intend to ask your free service out of this forum), you have no right to put false allegations on anyone. Being a senior lawayer, at least have some mercy and do not spread any rumors about anyone. hope i made myself clear!

You may appreciate the fact that the experts are doing a social service for needy litigants but certainly not for academic improvement of students / learners. 

There is nothing wrong in the opinion and advise of learned senior expert as to posting hypothetical facts vis-a-vis queries for the sake of gaining legal knowledge at the cost of experts as well as needy litigants.
