How much time can a court give for filing rejoinder by the plaintiff?
Please guide with the relevant provision in the CPC

There is no time limit. Generally, the court grants maximum 2 to 3 adjournments. But the court refuses to grant further time, in case, if the opponent advocate, made objection for giving further time. It is also depending upon the urgency of the case.
