Time limit for paper publish in divorce process

Hi All, If wife filed Divorce case under sec 13 1 ia,ib a and Divorce summons sent but not served.

1) Is there any time limit for paper publish in Divorce process ? If so how many days after registration of the case?

2) How many times petitioner has to publish in paper?

3) After how many hearings ,petitioner request judge for paper publish?

4) For paper publish, petitioner has file any petition in court?

 Please advise……Thanks to all..

Mr. Balaji,

If any spouse has filed for divorce, generally courts will order notice to the other party/spouse to contest their case. If husband is will fully avoiding or managing, then after two or three attempts you can ask your advocate to file a petition for substitute of service i.e paper publication on the ground that the other party is managing cleverly in not receiving notices...The court will give direction in which paper it has to be published and you shall proof of service of such paper publication. Then the proceedings will commence by pronouncing exparte order against the party who is not appearing despite service.....
