Time limit to file appeal in high court

Dear experts,

A complaint against me under 156 3 crpc was dismissed by JM. Subsequently, a criminal revision in the sessions court was also dismissed.

My question is, what is the time limit for the complainant to move high court against the dismissal of the revision by the sessions court. Under what section can the complainant file application in high court.

Thanks in advance for your inputs.
