Time limit to file suit

Hi All,

 

Can anyone inform me? What is the time limit to file suit on recovery of the money against the sale of Goods (Ayurvedic Medicines) ? And Please let me know if there is any citation and under which article we need to file the suit.

Your guidence always be appreciable.

It is three years as per article 13 of limitation act as follow-

13.

For the balance of money advance in payment of goods to be delivered.

Three years

When the goods ought to be delivered.

Amount can be recovered if it is pending more than six month. an unregistered deed can be used for recovery.
