Time to appeal and...

The mahila court gave an interim order asking me to unfairly pay to wife admission fees for my son.

I had already got him admitted in our local area school where he had been attending school. After she left my home she got him readmitted to another school about 10 km away. Besides this mahila court also ordered interim custody of children to her.

I am dissatisfied about giving money which is sizable sum. I am willing to pay the regular fees in the other school. We could only manage to file vakalatnama against their petition due to death in our family. But the judge did not consider my oral argument and gave this interim order in her favour.

What is the time to appeal against this order?

Considering the fact that just before this interim order both the sides had agreed to go into mediation in a RCR case in another court?

Appeal period--------upto 30 days from the day of interim order

But in special circumstances according to Limitation act sec-5 it can be heard by the upper court judge if it suits to him.

But I have a doubt which mahila court you are talking about?
