I was suggested in this group that to file a SLP in supreme court after high out order, time is 90 days. Meanwhile I applied legal aid and send sent all relevant documents to Nalsa/sclsc. Case is still pending at screening committee level there but 90 days have been completed? Now what can I do ? Is there any time exemption in such cases?
