Time to respond to temporary injunction. how can extension to file be sought?

My advocate has filed a suit with application for temporary injunction.

The suit seeks to restrain a party from selling a property he owns because he owes me money and has used that property as a collateral but that agreement was not registered.

My advocate wants to give him only two days to respond. I told my advocate that no Court will give just two days to respond. Can you shed some light in this area? Key question is:  Time to respond to a Temporary Injunction application. Can it be extended by application by the respondent? On what grounds?

The ad interim injunction if granted then the petitioner has to serve the copy of the court order granting interim injunction to the respondent immediately and file confirmation  within two days  failing which the court may dismiss the order for interim injunciton.

The injunction order can be extended until the respondent appears before court and files the counter objection.

You mean that ad interim injunction can be granted Ex Parte?

Ad interim injunction order are generally passed as an exparte order as an interim relief
