To apply bail another time

My bail application on IPC 420 (false case) is rejected by court.

1. Can I reapply immeidiately or I have to wait for minimum 15 days? (My lawyer saying that I have to wait for 15 days to reapply, is it true?).

2. How can I know the reason why my previous bail application is rejected? Will I receive any documents from court?

your lawyer advise is correct. A person has an absolute right to claim a bail when he has been arrested on the charges of a bailable offence under Section 436 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (CrPC).

Dear Ramachary Sir,

Thanks for your confirmation.

Could you please clarify the below doubts...

1. Can I reapply immeidiately or HAVE TO WAIT FOR MINIMUM 15 DAYS TO REAPPLY?

2. CAN I KNOW THE REASON WHY MY PREVIOUS BAIL WAS REJECTED ON ANY COURT PAPERS WHICH I CAN GET?
