I live in delhi.I want to buy agricultural land( which is NA) of vadodara, Gujarat . I want to know can I buy this NA agricultural land for my residential purpose. If yes, then what documents will be required and what will be the procedure. If no, then who can buy this land and do tell me any method how could I buy this.
