To cancel or transfer home registration

Our home is registered on my and my sisters name. My sister is first applicant and I am second application. Now I'm seeking divorce. Can my wife claim share in property. If i don't want to share property with my wife what would be the minimum expensive solution. Re registration would cost 85000. Please suggest
