We (my brother and me) had bought a land ( 1.5 Guntha) in my brother's name 10 years back. As I was not available for registration said land was registered in my brother's name. Now we both( my brother and me) wanted to include my name in said land as a title owner along with my brother.
We have been suggested like Gift deed, Release deed etc. As the land area is small i.e. 1.5 guntha, we don't want to divide ownership of the land again in small picses.
Please suggest me a proper way through which we both (My brother and Me) would have equal owner rights in said property.
