My civil case going on in judicial magistrate court from 2009 (where I am the defendant), still the case is continuing,
Current situation of the case is
- Cross examined the witness on both sides has been done.
- Argument also done by both side. But still they are extending with number of hearings.
My question is,
- Is there any way to know the reason of extending the case…?
- How public will know the exact reason for the extension of the case (Huge number of hearings).
- Is it possible to control the unnecessary hearings..?
