A hotel owner in village Bodhare, taluka chalisgaon, district jalgaon, Maharashtra who has been in exclusive and continous possession of the land. In this span of 30 years, no notice was ever issued to the hotel owner. All of a sudden the owner received a notice after 30 years from the governement stating to evacuate the land's encroachment.The hotel owner tried negotiating with the Tehsildar but it did not work. The hotel is one of the reputed hotel in the vicinity. The Hotel Owner has the proof of electricity, bills etc. How can the owner protect the possession of the land, what legal remedy the hotel owner has? Where can he file the case for stay, in which Court?
