To sell my share of grandfather's house.

I am passing a tough time. How can I sell my share of my grandfather's house. My father and grandfather both have died.

I do not have any particular document of the house.

Thanks

Ramesh

At the outset try to find out where the property is and tahsildar office address of the said property than check into tahsildar office whether any transaction of buy and sell has taken place or not . If not than know the procedure for transferring the said property . How many legal heirs are/were  there of your grand father & father . if there are any heir than check that and if not than go for transferring the  name  of the prop[erty in your name.

Sir I am very grateful for your reply.

But still I want to know something else.

I give more detail. There is no will or legal document except electricity and water bills on my father and grandfather name.

My father have eight brothers and sisters.

I have two brothers.

Now I just want to sell my share, how can I do.

The house is in posession of my two uncle, my two brothers and my mother.

No body else want to sell this hiuse or there share.

This is all I want to know.

Thank you.

ramesh
