Hi,
Request to kindly help me to understand the procedure of advertising a filter which can be attached to specific cigars to reduce Tar content inhaled & doesnot cointain any niotiene or alcohal content.
Will really appriciate your guidance on the same.

You can seek the information under RTI from competent authority and can obtain certified copy of those guidelines and can get them studied for furter action. Once you engage an agency, it becomes their responsibility to adhere to laid down norms in such advertising.
