Dear sir I have paid 10 lakhs token money for buying a plot located in Haryana Urban Devp Authority (HUDA) in resale and an agreement to sale on Rs 10 stamp paper alongwith two witness was received. The time period for registeration is till 10 Nov however because of court orders related to defence officer plot scam, HUDA refused to issue NOC for the same till the enquiry is finalised. I hope provision of NOC is sellers responsibility??
Secondly what all are the options available with me if i want to continue the deal? Do I need to ask for some more paper work and if yes what all is required to be obtained from the seller in written which stands legal??
