Tough situation

Saarathi pl. give complete facts why she and you behaves like that , 4 years of marriage out of that last 3 years were very unhappy , only 1 starting year was happy , brother don't create problem for you behave nicely with your wife don't think about divorce It is not good and not get so easily , if you will do so then she will react and file several criminal , DV case against you and then the procedure of court and police start , think properly and act wisely before going to any end .

Is there any impotency related issues between you both?, if so consult a physician at once or consult a marriage counsellor, if you do not either, then consult a lawyer for further course of action.

Don't ever be in abused relationship. There is only one life, you can not experiment with it.

1. easiest is to sit, discuss and go for a mutual consent divorce. she wud ask for soem amount, u bargain,,the u settle on one amount that suits both. u are a free bird in 6-8 months...

2. else u go to courts...and face 498a and DV. If u have'nt ever hit her/ asked for dowry etc etc .... u may win it a bit easy as she wud not have any proofs. even if she arranges fake proofs, u may prove that. but ur precious few years are wasted in it. just start collecting video recrodings from hidden cams that she agrees that u havent ever hit her etc etc.. it might help u a bit in courts... rest all depends on ur case study and ur expert lawyer.

 

 

 

 

 

Joshi sir, there was adjustment problem from day-1.but i tried my best to get it resolved as i wanted to settle in life with her happily. but she never took or takes things in sportive spirit. I'm basically person who loves harmony in life. I don't know street fighting. we went to professional councelling but it was of no use as i used to follow it but she never did. differences of opinion have grown. it's only me who has to calm the situation and her. i get no companionship. there's complete loss of trust and love for each other.
