I came across on person who was trade union leader of reputated textiles mill at parel ...since the trade union is almost not working but having funds of more than 10 crs. since all union members are DiED only 4-5 members are alive and they are taking out equal share by distribution .....is this legel ? how can take out entire money and close the union account
