dear sir, i am working as a staff nurse at jipmer pondicherry since 1.5yr, i want know about all transfer possibilities from jipmer to other institutions, under same ministry and other ministry, and what is the requirement to be full filled to get transfer, please explain including mutual transfer and transfer on spouse in state govt bases also..

Pursue the service rules and clauses pertaining to Transfer.
Better show these to seasoned employee’s/Trade Union leaders or to your able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters lawyer/law firm before you proceed further. Your counsel that has examined these can advise you the best.
Handling the bosses is a skill and like any other skill it can also be acquired.
Once you are thorough and know what to do and how to proceed apply for transfer and pursue.
If it falls within the rules you can get it.
