Transfer deed of land for loan purpose

Hello all

I want to know whether transfer deed of land duly signed by sub registrar is not valid document in regards to title of land. I want to take home loan but banks are asking for orignal sale deed of whole property plot was 150 sq yds out of which I got half now banks are asking for 150 sq yds deed instead of 75 sq yds transfer deed. Kindly guide on this.

Did you purchase this property by a registered sale deed?, if not what do you mean by transfer deed?

What is the subject of the transfer deed?

Where is the documentary evidence that the other portion of property was also sold?

You can consult a local lawyer and proceed as suggested

Thank you for reply sir

This land was purchased by my grandmother after her death it got transferred to my father and father's brother.

Transfer deed is for blood relation distribution of property.

We have original sale deed with us .

Thanks and regards

You can obtain a certified copy of the mother deed from the SRO and produce the same.

Thank you for reply sir

Original transfer deed and certified copy of parent deed are good enough for loan purpose.
