I was in a corporate company from 12.03.12
On 06.06.16 my services were transferred & as per my eligibility I had claimed certain expenses but not reimbursed by the company till my last working day i.e. 27.08.16 & my resignation also not accepted. Please guide as per law can I file case against company from my native place location or I have to file it from my last service location.
The case requires to be filed at the jurisdiction of the court within which office of the defendants falls
