My granfather father had 6 sons A,B,C,D,E,F, he purchsed 10 agreecutural land in which three lands were purchsed in name of A,B and E and other land were purchased in his name only.my GrandFather and Granmother died 17 yerars back.after his death all brother mutuated their name, which was registred in my gradfathers name.Land which belongs to Name of A,B and E remains in their names only.Now C,D and F wants their share in Land which belongs to Name of A,B and E. A,B and E Dont want to share their name registered lands to other brothers.whatC,D and F can do to mutuated all land equally in all brothers name.
