Hello Legal Team,
Ancestral property of Great Grandfather was given to one of his youngest son, the youngest son who was a bachelor made a will to return the property back to his brothers. The will has a executor and probate obtained from the Madras High Court, the current scenarion where only legal heirs exit. What would be the simplest and cost effective way to transfer the property to the respective legal heirs all responses would be appreciated.
