We have a property in our HUF where my Father is Karta, title is registered in the name of HUF. Now due to some Banking issues we want to transfer our property in the name of my Father (as a Individual), Please tell what is the process through which we can do the same.

all cooparceners may give consent by way of affidavit that you have no objection to grant loan as it will be used to the family. it is for information only
