I got promotion from scale 1 to scale 2 officer in syndicate bank on posting bank has transferred me to chennai from allahabad and my wife is also officer in syndicate bank at gorakhpur up now i am represnting my situation to the bank from past may month that my father in law is above 70 years age and not able to move medically and my wife is only care taker of my father in law so not possible her to move chennai then also ,bank management is not keen to take interest
please help me or give any case reference so that i can move forward
