A Member's shares are transfered Six month back and now he is selling the flat and membership right to intending Purchaser before the expiry of one year. Is the Agreement Valid? Can the share certicate be transfered by the managing committe in favour of intending purchaser before or after the expiry of one year from the date of registering the name of existing member or seller or transferor in share certificate.
