1. what is the procedure for changing the name in the registration, and

2. what can we do if Mr. A resists to change the name ???

Thanks in advnce.

Dear Ramachary Sir,

To change the ownership of a newspaper is as follows...

In case of change of ownership, the previous owner of the publication has to file an
affidavit for transfer of ownership duly certified by a First Class Magistrate and the
latest declaration filed by the present publisher/ printer of the publication.

Here the issue is:

The previous owner has given the affidavit but due to some misunderstanding he is not ready to give declaration before the magistrate.

Please, help me in this regard. Thanks in advance.
