Hai,
I,m from Kottayam ,Kerala.
As per my father-in-law's will,my husband will get 5.48 are out of 10.5 are.The will was registered in jan 2012 and he was wxpired in last July. Now the village officer refused to accept this document as the survey number of this property is not mentioned in the will document.What we should do?

dear querist ,
the village officer is right as he dnt have powers to mutate the will , you have to file a suit for the probation of will ,feel free to call for detailed advise and procedure.
