Transfer of ownership by nominee

Dear Sirs / Madam,

My grandfather had purchases a flat in1969 in a Co-operative housing society and nominated my father. Upon death of my grandfathers, my father became a member in the society by virtue of nomination. My Father has two sisters, which have no objection against the transfer of property. Now today he wishes to transfer the flat to his son. We have learnt that we need to file an application with the Magistrate Court and are being guided properly with.

Please guide with the procedure
